Module/course Summary

Many of the most pressing issues that societies and companies need to solve nowadays (e.g., inequalities, wage gaps, poverty, minorities’ access to the labour market) are very complex, and go beyond the capacity of individuals or organisations to understand and to resolve. Dealing with these issues requires the inclusion of stakeholders with different, sometimes conflicting interests and priorities. As it is often difficult, or even impossible, to find a solution for these issues, they are commonly referred to as “wicked problems”.
