Attention : le calendrier de cette option prévoit un stage alterné de 8 semaines en Afrique à partir de la Toussaint. Si vous voulez, en plus de l'option, choisir un électif au 1er semestre, veillez à ce que celui-ci se déroule avant la Toussaint.


There is a lack of high potentials’ business higher education developing “go-betweens” for the continent who will develop a career in African entrepreneurial ecosystem (African Champions, start-ups, SMEs) and foreign companies. Also, considering that African talents (repatriates and others) want the same as talents from other places (i.e. professional mobility, visibility, personal development, meaning and salary), the Responsible Innovation in Africa (IRA) specialization prepares ESCP students, as well as African students, for careers in Africa or partner countries.

The option recruits two groups of students who will systematically work in multicultural teams:
- M2 ESCP students
- M2 or post M2 African students from top tier universities in Engineering or Management

Five selection criteria are taken into account to recruit European and African students:
- Academic excellence, 
- career plans in Africa or related to Africa, 
- Entrepreneurial abilities,
- intercultural awareness, 
- and ecological values.
