Module/course Summary

This course is intended for Master students enrolled in the specialization “International Business” who aim to get an overview on global investmentbanking, on the basics of M&A and how this is in particular being used in the Private Equity world. The full life cycle of various transaction types will be discussed, ranging from financial modeling to valuation to process architectures and value creation in Private Equity, including the relevant legal aspects. Relevant recent developments, such as SPACs or valuing digital readiness, will also be part of the sessions.
