Module/course Summary


Humans' ability to turn energy into heat, light, and motion have been a driving force behind our cultural and economic progress over the past 10,000 years. While energy plays a vital role in modern civilization and economic systems, the energy sector is facing unprecedented issues related to climate change and the need to decarbonize energy, and issues related to access and availability. These issues involve major shifts that are likely to reshape profoundly all businesses, sectors and individual ways of living.


 









 



 


Pre-requisite

This course is proposed for all students wishing to understand current energy issues, no pre-requisite is required.
Students willing to better understand the fundamental links between sustainability, strategy and economics are strongly encouraged to follow the course.
