Module/course Summary

Negotiation Bootcamp, designed by and for professional negotiators, is the most popular class at ESCP Europe with an average satisfaction rating of 89% since 2000 compared to the faculty average of 74%. 

Business people often come to the negotiation table with attitudes and argumentative styles that defeat their real purpose: to reach an advantageous agreement. Result: a loss of time and money for their company.The Negotiation Bootcamp will upgrade your negotiating skills. You will plan, simulate and debrief 3 real business cases in which you will negotiate as part of a team, working together to build a strategy, deploy tactics, solve problems and overcome barriers. The obstacles you will face include apparently incompatible goals, misunderstanding, lack of clarity, deadlock and a range of negotiation gambits commonly encountered in business. You will practise your existing skills and acquire new techniques to enable you to conduct a negotiation in a professional manner.
