Module/course Summary

This course is open to all master students.

This course is designed for ESCP Europe students who will either work in highly internationalized environments (multinational organizations) or assume international business development responsibilities. It is designed to grow their familiarity with conceptual and theoretical approaches of international business management illustrated via practical examples, case studies, and professional testimonies. It will particularly focus on current topics such as international B2B issues, emerging markets success stories and how to leverage them, country of origin and savoir-faire as drivers of international business.A typical session would be dedicated to two in-class assignments or case studies. Student will be assigned case questions for individual preparation and in-class discussion. A discovery section will draw on original material from a partnership with French trade advisers board (CCEF).In addition, each professor may use some time in each session to coach students for the final project, a battle between student groups put in charge of an international strategic review by French gourmet companies.
