This advanced financial reporting course builds on the core and advanced management courses in international financial reporting. The course is the perfect choice for master students who want to gain further expertise on the reporting for essential topics with strategic implications for a CFO or other careers related to financial reporting, such as accounting, auditing, financial analysis. Topics covered in this course include mergers, acquisitions, investments, share-based payments and risk management (hedging) strategies.

This elective course is part of the CFO-Option (Specialization in Finance, Financial Reporting, and Management Control).
