Module/course Summary

The goal of this specialisation is to train participants in international consulting and intervention professions. Over the last few decades, management consulting has become a common tool for companies to decide how to respond to business challenges and/or take advantage of new market opportunities. Being familiar with relevant consulting methods and techniques is valuable for young graduates to progress in their career in any modern business, government or non-profit organization.

The specialization is organized in 3 key blocks. Table 1 summarizes the courses and their corresponding teaching hours and ECTS.
