Module/course Summary

This core module provides an introduction to business law in a European context.  It is based around the lifecycle of a (small to medium) business in Europe and is intended to give a general understanding of the legal issues and solutions which present themselves at the main stages of a business’s life.  Where appropriate the legal content will be complemented by comment on relevant taxation issues.
