Module/course Summary

This specialization is intended for students who want to be familiar with internationalization from various angles – from the management, marketing, strategy and leadership  perspective. Hence, students will be provided with a very comprehensive view of internationalization. The specialization invites students to receive essential knowledge and skills needed to operate in an international environment. The specialization is relevant for students interested in all types of organizations, such as start-ups, medium-sized companies, large stock-market firms or public organizations. In the past, many students who attended this specialization also started a career in international consulting. The specialization “Internationale Betriebswirtschaftslehre” (spring term) is offered in German language and comprises courses in International Management, International Marketing Decisions, Strategies of Internationalization, and Intercultural Leadership.



Pre-requisite

For M1 students attending this specialization, it will be mandatory to attend the Advanced Management course "Advanced Organisation and Management: Managing Change".
