Module/course Summary

This module will be developed in partnership with some Food&Beverage companies of the Turin area. It will include company visits, company presentations and laboratories/workshop specifically designed for the students, together with the companies.


Pre-requisite

Pre-requisite

- A background in general management, in order to be able to understand the major features, challenges and characteristics of food&beverage companies
- A general knowledge of the F&B industry
- Spirit of observation, in order to be able to get the most out of the company visits
