This course explores how start-ups as well as large companies go about new product management. The course provides a set of integrated frameworks and tools to help an entrepreneur/manager to design and manage the interpretative schema, decision making processes, and operating routines required for identifying opportunities, evaluating concepts, assessing feasibility, sizing demand and introducing new products.
