Module/course Summary

This seminar consists of an online business simulation game. Participants are split into teams of five. Each team is a company that is competing with other companies in the automotive industry. Each company has to make decisions relating to several areas, such as product design, marketing, operations, finance, etc.At the end of the seminar, the results of decisions made are compared to those of the other teams, and an overall winner is announced.Playing the game develops a good understanding of the way a company works. In addition to that, the game develops the following skills:-        Strategic and operational decision-making,-        Data management,-        Understanding how business areas interact with one another,-        Teamwork under deadline pressure.
